Our resident Off Grid chef provides a menu with a “Km0” concept, focusing on organic and locally-sourced produce, with a special emphasis on seasonal dishes and relaxed “family style” communal dining.

Drawing on the rich culinary traditions of Catalonia, with inspiration from further afield, dishes are tasty and soulful – with plenty of options and variety to suit even the most particular palettes and preferences during your stay in La Garrotxa.
