Booking policy
Minimum Stay We operate a two night minimum stay for the months of July and August.
Kitchen We do not serve lunch. The Kitchen is open five days a week for dinner, usually Tues to Sat but the days may change so please check with us if you want to dine at the hotel on a particular evening.
Cleaning we operate an “environment first policy” so if you would like sheets or towels changed during your stay please ask at reception.
Children Please note that the hotel is not prepared for children and that our pool is totally unprotected and has no surveillance. Children aged 14 or below are not allowed at the hotel unless you have reserved the whole hotel as a group. All pieces of furniture in Off Grid Girona are artisan works and not fit to endure inappropriate handling.
With regards to pets, we do not accept pets in the Masia unless you have booked the whole hotel. You may have a pet to stay if you book the Barn but they must be social as we have dogs on property and don’t cause any disturbance to other guests.
We kindly ask owners to take full responsibility for feeding and clearing up after them in a very tidy and prompt manner. Also, we count on you to keep your pets on a leash or under control at all times.
We reserve the right to invoice any damages incurred. We are really grateful for your cooperation.
