By purchasing any services, the CUSTOMER expressly accepts these contract conditions, as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available on this website.
The CUSTOMER confirms having legal capacity to contract.
This contract is permanently available in the legal notice section of our website and can be downloaded in PDF format at the time of booking.

7. Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT. The final price, including taxes and fees, is displayed before payment and confirmed by email.
Anything not specifically included in the service description is not included in the price.

8. Purchase Procedure
Reservations can only be made by users over 14 years of age or companies.
Steps:
• Select the desired dates and services
• Add the reservation to your cart
• Enter personal details for billing and confirmation
• Review and confirm the order
• Accept the Terms of Use
• Follow payment instructions as per selected rate
• Receive confirmation by email
Images and descriptions are for reference only and may vary slightly from actual services.

9. Availability and Provision of Services
Services are available in Girona (Spain). Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
Booking conditions:
• Arrival: from 15:00 h
• Departure: by 11:00 h
• Includes: Bed & breakfast. Additional services can be booked through the site, and rate according.
• Pets and smoking are not allowed.
• We do not accept under 14 years old.

10. Payment
Terms Payments are processed through our booking platform.
We do not store or access your credit card details. Payment is encrypted and secure.

11. Invoices
An invoice is provided at check-out or can be requested by email in PDF format.
The CUSTOMER must ensure the accuracy of their data to receive all notifications.

12. Warranty
We strive for quality but do not guarantee satisfaction due to the nature of the service. Notify us of any incident so we can resolve it promptly.

13. Modifications and Cancellations
According to the selected rate, you may be subject to different cancellation policy, please make sure you familiarize yourself with the cancellation policy outlined on the specifications of the chosen rate.

14. Returns
No returns are possible due to the nature of the service.

15. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article 103.l) of RLD 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services with specific dates.

16. Perfection of Contract
This contract is confirmed when booking is completed and the CUSTOMER receives a confirmation email.
We may modify services to improve them if it benefits the CUSTOMER.

17. Obligations of the Parties
OFF Grid Prop. S.L. undertakes to deliver the contracted services diligently.
The CUSTOMER agrees to act in good faith and pay as stipulated.
We are not liable for interruptions due to technical or unforeseeable causes.

18. Communications
Communications are made preferably via email.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for keeping their contact information updated.
In compliance with Law 34/2002, commercial emails are sent only with your consent and can be cancelled by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

19. Commitment and Acceptance
The CUSTOMER acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of all conditions, which are sufficient to form a valid and binding contract.
By providing their data and clicking the “Buy” button, the CUSTOMER accepts the contract.

20. Applicable Law
This contract is commercial and governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, both parties submit to the Courts of Girona.
